Thank you for choosing to book with Lúa Beauty Studio! It is of extremely importance that you fully read and understand the salon policies. At Lúa Beauty Studio we strictly enforce this policy agreement, so be sure to agree to all policies set in place by Lúa Beauty Studio prior to reserving.

Appointment

At Lúa Beauty Studio walk-ins are always welcome, but appointments will take priority. Clients who walk-in without a scheduled appointment will be offered the new available slot. 

If you have an appointment, please plan to arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Cancel appointment

​

We understand that emergencies can occur. If you are unable to attend the appointment, we simply ask that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to the appointment to avoid 100% charge as cancellation fee. 

You can easily reschedule or cancel the appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment, by clicking on the cancel or move appointment option mentioned in your confirmation email. 

Deposits from SPMU will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Late Policy

At Lúa Beauty Studio, we do our best to accommodate everyone. We understand that unavoidable event may occur that can prevent you from reaching your appointment on time. So, if you realize that you will be over 10 minutes late, please give us a call and make the salon aware.

If we are not informed in a timely manner, we reserve the right to charge a late fee charge of 100% of the Treatment. Please know that if you arrive 20 minutes late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. We want to be able to provide you with the desired services in its entirety.

No-show

​

Please know that "no show" will likewise be charged 100% of the booked service price.

Charge

​

Did you received an invoice related to cancellation fee or no-show fee from us by email? In that case, you must pay the invoice within 14 days of the invoice date. 

After you have paid the cancellation fee or no-show fee, it is again possible to make a new appointment. Failure to pay the invoice, will result that you will be blocked from our booking system.

If you want to be taken back as a client, you will need to pay 100% of the outstanding debt in addition to your next appointment booked. 

Right to refuse service

We strive to ensure our clients happiness and satisfaction, so to ensure a safe environment for everyone we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

Payment method

​

Lúa Beauty Studio accept cash, debit, and all major credit cards. Gratuities are not included in the price of your services and are greatly appreciated. 

Social Media & Photos

​

The team at Lúa Beauty Studio love keeping in touch with our clients via Instagram, Facebook or other social media platforms. In this era, social media is an excellent way to communicate with our clients. Please feel free to share your experience, thought or opinion on our work. 

We use social media keep our clients updated with any news about the salon and to promote any deals or events. Please know that we may request to take some before and after photos. We photograph the before and after of the treatments for several reasons; for keeping our client records updated, insurance purpose, or for promotional purposes.

At Lúa Beauty Studio we recognize the importance of protecting our client’s privacy, so we will always make sure to display only the treated area. The client’s verbal consent will be considered as authorization upload the photos and share them on our social media platform, however, the client may always waive the before and after photographs to be utilized on social media.

Please know all the photos posted on our social media are part of Lúa Beauty Studio property, we hold all the rights to the images.

Deposit SPMU treatment

​

When making an appointment for an SPMU treatment, an advance of €50,00  is required for the reservation of your place. When we have received the deposit, your appointment is only confirmed. The deposit will be settled, and the remaining amount will be paid after the treatment. If you are unable to attend, the deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded under any circumstances. Deposit must be paid within 24 hours. If this does not happen, your SPMU appointment will be cancelled.Deposits from SPMU will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Post-treatment

​

Ombré Powder Brows and Lipstick Effect Lips/Aquarelle Lips consists of 2 treatments the first treatment and the after treatment. The follow-up treatment is free of charge and must be treated between 6 to 8 weeks after your first treatment. When you make an appointment for an SPMU treatment, we therefore advise you to book the follow-up treatment for 6-8 weeks immediately to reserve your spot in our agenda. If it is not done in time in the 6-8 weeks, we will charge €80 as an extra touch up. Customers are responsible for planning their own aftercare.

Health History

​

At Lúa Beauty Studio your safety and comfort are our priority, therefore we kindly as our clients to disclose any health information that may impact your treatment with us.

Please notify our specialists if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you are pregnant and have made an SPMU appointment, your deposit will not expire and can be used later. It is then possible to schedule a new appointment after your pregnancy and you still pay the remaining amount after your treatment. If you still choose not to undergo the treatment, the deposit will be cancelled and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Old Permanent make-up

​

It is not allowed to book an appointment if you already have old permanent make-up, unless you have first received approval from Lúa Beauty Studio. To agree, you can email clear photos of your eyebrows to luabeautystudios@gmail.com. Then make sure you send clear and sharp photos.

Aftercare

The customer receives aftercare care and aftercare instructions after the treatment and is responsible for the care of the treated area.
